Indigenous Ministers Association (IMA) – Fairbanks/North Pole, Alaska 11/30 – 12/3/06 Native leaders gathered from all over the state of Alaska. Their main goal and purpose – unity and revival for the state of Alaska. Never have I seen such love and unity among the brethren! IMA’s purpose and goal – to work together to see Alaska shaken for Jesus. We were so blessed by the presence of the Lord and the messages brought by the ministers in these meetings. God also blessed us to be able to speak the last night of the meetings because the scheduled speaker was unable to attend. An exhortation was given to not only stay in unity as a group but to be willing to pay whatever price necessary for the saving of a soul. We also briefly began to share about healing and how God has been healing many people when they’ve made the decision that they’re “not having” that sickness or disease. I shared what God did in Myrtle Point, Oregon with a pastor’s wife and how God healed her as she said “I’m not having it”. Suddenly, a minister in the congregation began jumping up and down and said “I’m not having it!” He began vehemently declaring that he wasn’t having his back problem any more. As he began to do that, the power of God hit his body and he was instantly healed! The power of God began to fall all over the room and many instantaneous healings occurred. One woman said that a lump disappeared from her jaw, many received instant healings in their backs, knees, and feet. One woman noticed that the pain in her wrist was gone. A minister claimed his healing from diabetes. Another minister who had recently been in a car accident had been wearing a back brace. When God’s power fell, he decided to take his healing. As of a few days ago, he’s completely healed, his back is doing great. We give all the glory to God for what he did during all of these meetings. A GREAT move of God has started in Alaska and we pray for our IMA brethren that they will set Alaska ablaze with the Holy Ghost and fire and that many souls will be saved.
