5/3 – 5/6/07
What an awesome time we had with the mighty band of God’s warriors in this place. We preached messages about realizing who we are in Jesus. God’s power is already in us to do great things. All we need to do is exercise our faith in letting God out!
We had the opportunity to also minister in Gunnison prison twice during our stay. Over one hundred prisoners filled the chapel for the Sunday service. They came hungry to receive and God did not disappoint them. Many gave and re-dedicated their lives to Christ during the altar call. God’s healing power fell like rain all over the congregation as the men lifted their faith toward heaven for a miracle. A number of prisoners stood to testify of instantaneous healings in their bodies. All the glory goes to God for what He’s already given us 2000 years ago.
Pastor Kathy and Norm, we love and appreciate you for all you do for Him. You will see the multiplication you have been believing for. I believe it has already begun. Blessings to you for allowing us to come!

What a privilege to be with Pastor Gene & Janet Short. God called Pastor Gene to move to Utah from Oregon where he had a very successful church. When God called him, He gave Pastor Gene authority over 10 cities in Utah to start works for Christ. After being in Utah for the past 7 years, they have started works in 3 cities and the number is growing! Various home groups meet throughout the area during the week and then they all come together on Sunday for a church service. Please agree with us in prayer for this awesome ministry that Mormons will be saved and will come in by the thousands!

We taught healing truths to God’s hungry people in this place. The leaders of this home group testified that God’s abiding presence was still in their home several days after the meeting was over. Praise the Lord!
A woman with a brace on her ankle – noticed improvement in her condition after receiving God’s healing power fall like rain on her from heaven. Several days later she was walking without the brace, completely healed.
First-timer’s to the home group gloriously saved. One woman said that she so felt the fire of God’s presence in her. She’s not the same person she used to be.
Another lady was instantly healed of back problems.

We taught on “Healing is the Children’s Bread”. Many got a revelation of the fact that healing is a right and privilege of a child of God today.
A woman was prayed for to be able to conceive a child. She received her miracle by faith. God spoke prophetically to her and said that within 1 year she would be pregnant.

Again, we taught on the basic principles of healing. God did a miracle for a woman who stood in proxy for her husband who had emphysema and high blood pressure problems. She never told her husband that she stood in for him. A few days later, her husband told her that he was remarkably feeling so much better. He could breathe, his energy levels were returning to normal. When he went to the doctor, he found out that his blood pressure was surprisingly normal! Glory to God!

We preached a message on salvation and exhorted the church to do just what God told Joshua to do – “Rise up and go take the land”. Some of the healings which occurred were:
(1) A baby with a fever was prayed for. After about 1/2 hour, the baby showed signs of
improvement. He wasn't as hot, was now eating, and not cranky any more.
(2) A man and a woman with hearing problems – both instantly healed.
(3) Translator had back pain only when he translates – instant improvement after prayer
(4) One man’s with knee problems was instantly healed.
(5) One woman – healed of back problems.
(6) Other healings: woman with dizziness due to stress, young man with nasal and chest
congestion.

A woman was present that was going through severe financial hardships, personally and in her business. Recently she found a large sum of money belonging to someone else. Instead of keeping the money for her own desperate needs, she went out of her way to find out who the money belonged to and returned the money to the owner. God wonderfully blessed her integrity.
At the meeting, she got instantly delivered from the spirits oppressing her and began to experience peace, joy, and confidence that God would work things out for her good. Several days later, a truck was given to her to help her in her business.
Witnessing Training and Outreach

5/17/07 – 5/18/07
A large number of people showed up for this class from various churches and ministries around the area. Many came hungry to learn how to reach the unsaved Mormons around them. On the 2nd day of training, about 8-9 teams went out. For many of these people, it was the first time they’d ever done witnessing. God was faithful. After being on the streets for about 2 hours, 9 people came to Jesus! Praise the Lord. This was just a warm up for “Utah for Jesus” which will be taking place about six weeks from now. We can hardly wait!

What a privilege to be with such hungry Christians for Jesus! Every heart was open to our message on “Healing is the Children’s’ Bread”. After the message, the sick were prayed for and God did awesome things in the lives of His people. One man with a bone spur in his foot was instantly healed and was able to walk on it without hardly any pain. Another lady with back and nerve problems noticed immediate in improvement in her condition. Many others received their healings by faith and thanked God for all he has done.
